Overview
Double Chance Lotteries consists of two main components:
Primary Lottery: A standard lottery where users participate using USDC.
Second Chance Lottery: A secondary lottery that offers a new opportunity to win for users who lost in the primary lottery, using loserUSDC tokens as entry.
